Bounty Hunting Guide

1.Participate

  • Click into the bounty link and check the description, duration and instructions;
  • Click “Participate” button and link your github account and wallet address. After you complete this step, you will be redirect to the bounty detail page directly. The page will be not change but you submissions in github will be tracked.
  • Each bounty has a corresponding github issue. Click “View on Github” to visit the github repo and check more details.
  • You can comment under the github issue to get more detailed information needed.


2. Contribute

  • Submit your PR to the github repo and mention the issue in your PR description (example PR).
  • Go to Hackathon DAO Discord #💰bounties channel and send “Bounty review + bounty name + PR link”. DAO staff will help to review your PR ASAP.
  • DAO staff will link your PR to the github issue after initial review.


3. Bonus Release

  • There might be several hunters for the same issue. DAO staff approve and merge the PR that they think fit the issue the best.
  • After merging, the bonus will release to your wallet directly.
  • Please note that 10% of the bonus will go to HackerLink as commission fee for the smart contact.
